Welcome to Tell-All Tuesday, where we learn more about the members of CDIP ! This week we meet Steven Pawlyk, Owner of IPP Music!

1 ) What was your inspiration for creating IPP Music?

The inspiration for starting IPP was to change the culture around cheer music.  To bring an affordable, high-quality product to the cheer and dance industry while at the same time being reliable and providing an experience for all clients.

2) How does your business help provide solutions for the Cheer & Dance Industry?

IPP helps tp provide solutions to the cheer and dance industry because we think of the customer first.  As mentioned, we wants a clients to have an experience that they enjoy and fell confident in from beginning to end.  We are constantly evolving our system to make sure that it is user-friendly and up to the standard the our clients expect.  Our goal is to make the entire process simple from the moment that you begin to navigate around our site, to booking/ordering process and finally to when the completed project is received.  With the release of Simple 8 (video and 8-count sheet submission system) and Mix Check (automated audio license distribution system) we hope to bring even more simplicity to the industry.
Additionally, we strive to have a product for every team.  We offer high-quality premade mixes which can be fully customized (e.g., with voiceover, sound effects, sound swap and etc) that are perfect for every budget.  We also offer custom mixes with tiered pricing which makes it super easy and affordable to get exactly what you want.

3) What is your past experience in Cheer/Dance before creating IPP Music?

I have been involved with the cheer and dance industry for over 18 years. I began as a college cheerleader (Northeastern University 2001-2009; grand national champ 2002) and progressed to coaching (high to college athletes) and finally to becoming a full-time cheer music producer.

4) What made you want to join the CDIP?

What made me join the CDIP is that they this organization shares the same passion and vision as IPP.  Evolution is paramount to the sustainability and growth of any company and/or industry.  Both IPP and the CDIP recognize that a shift in culture is needed in order to ensure that there is a bright future for the cheer and dance industry.
